If you have a dynamic IP address (more expensive) then your IP address is always the same, even if you lease it you have a legal right to it and would have grounds to go after someone using it. I can't think of a real reason why the motel on A1A that was condemned years ago an should have been taken down has not been resolved. Not even fines as Daytona Beach has levied on similar situations. Could it be that because it was/is part of the B&G - Costello beach side project the code enforcement and the Commission are turning a blind eye? Since it is almost in B&G hands, they don't want to rock the boat?

I would like to expand on the lie thing. First there is a difference between a DIRECT quote and an INDIRECT quote. A DIRECT quote requires that the statement be bracketed with quotation marks and as such indicates that this what the person said without edit. An INDIRECT quote is a generalization of the person’s statement and does not require quotation marks. I did not use quotation marks in my quote of Costello. Also, if you remember I have referred to the usage of the 15 year old settled issue as trash.
